Data integrity
Data integrity is the maintenance of data and the validation of its accuracy and consistency throughout its life cycle. We take this a step further and maintain a commitment to integrity to the narrative through which we represent and visualise information.
Data Humanism
Advocated for by Giorgia Lupi, Data Humanism acknowledges the dispassionate approach that is often applied to data analysis and seeks to remedy this by highlighting human connection and representation in data.
Functional design
Proper design is long-lasting and flexible: It necessitates an adaptable approach to a subject and accounts for multiple, sometimes conflicting perspectives. In doing so, it highlights something timeless – something which is lost when design favours only aesthetics.
Clarity & Simplicity
We refine our work to be as sharp as possible (in the way it delivers an idea). Our designs favour simplicity over complexity and seek to empower the viewer, not confuse or bedazzle them.
